Maintains fungal control

I began using MCT oil to manage a Candida Albicans infection in my gut, which took around four months. Now, MCT oil has become an essential part of my kitchen, as I drizzle it over various foods for a delightful buttery flavour. More importantly, it effectively helps suppress any fungal activity. While it might be quite rich when taken by the teaspoon, it can be more manageable if swished around in the mouth first. It really does taste like movie popcorn butter!

Effective against Candida

Nystatin was prescribed to address a Candida Albicans overgrowth in my gut. However, I experienced strange side effects, notably 'Kaleidoscope Vision', indicative of an impending migraine. My doctor suggested I reduce the Nystatin dosage or switch to MCT Oil, a potent anti-fungal derived from coconut oil. Although it may take months with MCT Oil to achieve the results that Nystatin could deliver in weeks, I prefer avoiding the headaches. MCT Oil is quite palatable, often compared to movie theatre popcorn butter, and I've incorporated it into my meals. Thankfully, the Candida "die-off" phase was hardly noticeable, far milder than I’d been warned to expect with Nystatin. This MCT Oil brand is coconut-based, avoiding the less effective palm oil, and I highly recommend it.
